How can I book onto a group trip?
You can book onto a group trip by contacting us using the webform below, or email Matt at matt@getsetadventure.co.uk.
What's included/not included in a group trip?
Once you enquire about one of our group trips, you will receive a detailed infographic explaining all the trip details, recommended kit list, what's included/excluded and a full itinerary. Once booked you'll also be added to a private WhatsApp group with the other attendees and Matt, to get to know everyone and ask further questions before the trip. If you have any further queries, you can contact us directly and we will always be more than happy to help.
Is my payment safe?
All transactions with Get Set Adventure Ltd are securely processed through Trust My Travel, offering added payment security. We always recommend that our customers purchase independant travel insurance to protect themselves and further provide piece of mind both before and whilst on a trip.
Can I cancel/reschedule my place on a trip?
If for whatever reason you cannot make the trip, the onus will be on you to find someone else to take your spot or make a claim via travel insurance. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and we will work with you and our professional guides to review which costs can be returned to you.
